I know what you mean i go shopping starving and buy everything on the shelves but then i stop at Mcdonalds or Jrecks subs on my way home so i dont eat anything i bought

It is said that should not go to the store hungry because you will impulse buy. Make a list and stick to it. If you make a purchase like that, make sure you consider when you will eat it. If you don't know and the purchase has been made, wrap and freeze it. One day you will be searching for something 'good' to eat and 'bam', you will have it.

That's why it's not good to shopping hungry. Plus, if you shop when you're hungry, you end up spending more money.
