The best thing to do is to check their distance learning requirements for a particular degree or program. I believe most courses can be taken without any pre-requisites or academic requirements since they are offered to the community in general. In regard to their MBA admissions process, this is a very selective process that not only includes courses taken, but your background, interests, skills and leadership potential. They will see your commitment to continuing your education as a positive factor, but they will not grant you extra points or will give preference to students who took Harvard distance learning courses. Any continue education course from a accredited college or university will have the same effect.
Good luck!
