I could feel the changes in my uterus before my missed period. I knew the night before my missed period, just could feel the growth inside me. This is also my second time, so I am used to what the changes in my body feel like.
Tender breasts, sore nipples, the little sweat bumps on your areola(dark area around ur nipple) will become more pronounced(some women), the actuall areola gets darker in some women, the pressure of the growing uterus on your bladder will make u wanna pee more, you may be tired, irritable, weepy, crazy, all of the above due to the raging changing hormones. All of these this may or may not be present. Each woman is different. Not all women have morning sickness either.
Some women don't even know they're pregnant. First time around, I was 2 or 3 months along before I even realised there was an actual mass growing inside me.

goin through this one myself so here we go
morning sickness. the worst one
hips may ache a little
sore breasts
sensitive nipples.
feeling tired, may need to have a nap
going off foods you usually like, like coffee
having a metallic taste in your mouth, tastes like your sucking on a penny
you may have heartburn or indigestion as well
peeing more often
all are caused by your hormones,

For myself it was like my breasts knew I was pregnant before I did! It was like they felt bigger and more sensitive - esp. the nipples! Every woman is different but I also got really mild stomach cramps abit like just before you get your period and I still get them occasionally now at 36 weeks.

To be honest most people do not even know that they are pregnant till their missed period. I wouldn't worry about it until you have had atleast one missed period and even after you have had that you still may not notice any "symptoms" till later on.

I was working as a temp in an office and I went to the photocopier to get some copies and I keeled right over, fainted, passed out! Trouble is ... nobody knew who I was! LOL When I regained consciousness, there was a big crowd around me and people were saying, "Who is she?" "I don't know; I've never seen her before!" "What's she doing here?"
