Because if you are the type of person that won't even buy a used movie, and would rather download it illegally- then you are probably also the type that doesn't bother to find resolved questions.

My guess would be that they are to lazy to search it out. Maybe they want something a little more specific. So, where exactly can I go to download movies, etc.? :)
