Most of the countries you are referring to didn't want to go into a war with Iraq. They we not in agreement with Bush that they were a threat to the world. So Bush went in alone and they tagged along to show support, but it wasn't there ball game.
Now most of them have exited and are planning an exit in the near furture. So it is pretty much going to be up to the USA to either follow suit and leave or stay the course alone.

Ae you kidding? Haven't you listened to his speeches where he goes through the whole laundry list of our allies in the War on Terror...Costa Rica, Trinidad & Tobogo, Khazakstan, Iceland, Peru, and so on and so on. The list goes on forever. It's the much-feared coalition of the willing. Isn't that backing enough?

why would they there bound by outdated aggreements the most they will send is support staff and then just a few to abide by the aggreements no one wants to be involved in another american disaster
