No, they don't go away. What happens when you get pregnant is the skin on your breasts stretch when they fill up. Once you stretch skin, you can't unstretch it. The only thing that you can do is to get them lefting surgically, which is invasive. I was a 38D before I got pregnant, During pregnancy I breast fed and dot upto around a K, after he was weened, I'm a 34F. A good bra helps. I'm not too saggy, although it I feel like I am because I was used to perky breasts. When you get older no matter if you have kids or not they will eventually start to sag due to gravity. Go to a brazire boutique and get fitted. That's the best advice I can give.

My first pregnancy I did the worst thing ever I was breastfeeding my son and had to go to a doctors appointment, well I didn't want to pull out my breast in front of everyone to feed him so I made him a couple of bottles of formula to take along with me.

Well my breast became engorged and it felt like frozen water was inside. I cried and cried and cried - - well my mother is like a size A so she never experienced any of this and she didn't breast feed me or my brother. I am naturally a DD but during pregnancy I was like an F or FF HUMONGOUS!!

Anyways we massaged them under warm water in the shower that didn't help - - so my mom goes and gets an ace bandage and literally wraps up my boobs tightly like I'm some sort of mummy.

Well to make a long story shorter (smile) the wrap pushed my boobs downward and I no longer have any cleavage on top it's totally flat at the top then my boobs begin - - like a downward slope and NO IT NEVER CAME BACK!!

I had the prettiest boobs before pregnancy but now I want to get surgical lifts so bad!! Too bad all those agumentation videos destroyed that option for me - - there's no way they are cutting me open like that UGH! ='(

yes, over time they go away. At least mine did. I started out a C cup, then after pregnancy was down to a B, now I'm a D.

Once they sag, the only way to fix is surgery, which is not always a good option because of the expense and the results are not usually what you thought they were going to be.

Also, you can try doing push ups as well! The "sag" will never reverse itself, but a lil exercise along with push ups sure will help you get your shape back! The push ups help build back the muscles in your chest. Good luck!

Unfortunately it doesn't go away. If you gain weight, they may fill out again, but they will still sag.
Implants may help, or maybe a boob job, like a tuck of the skin under may help. Not sure.
I know it is annoying. Grr.. I hate it.

Saggy breasts are sexy too. Some people like to see them swinging during sex.

no, but buying better bras helps a lot! They don't look saggy with a good bra. ;)

I hate to tell you, but it won't get better without surgery. Right now I'm living with it. :( Good luck.
