Sabres have the ugliest logo in the league, I dont know if its a slug or a hairpiece.
The only reason the merchandise sells so much is because the Sabres are doing so good this year and there are bandwagon fans and diehard fans who buy anything.
Just so you guys remember the Islanders Fishstick jersey was a big seller and was phased out asap.
And to the dumbass who said that the Statue of Liberty is in New Jersey, it isn't, its location is Liberty Island, New York. Go look it up. Shows how stupid Devil fans are.

It is terrible! Haha, I've heard it called everything from a toupee (consistent w/ Trump's hairdo) to a slug. It makes no sense! What does it have to do with a Sabre?!?!!? I'm so pissed that they did not go back to the original cross-sabres. All the true Sabres fans would not be caught dead in one of the new jerseys, the only reason why they're selling so much is because of all the band wagon fans, who also suck!

Flyers fan here since 1974. I always liked the Sabres uniforms until their red and black abomination. Then they actually made an uglier uniform than those. The "combover" or "slug" should be deep sixed and return to their original kits. The Islanders were smart enough to do it.

Their logo looks like the Buffalo Wild Wings logo. It's hideous. They should go back to their old school jerseys, their third jerseys now, permanently.

The logo may be ugly but the team sure is good this year.
The most laughable logo is the Ranger logo; the Statue of Liberty is actually in NJ, not NY. Given how much Ranger fans hate the Devils, sure is ironic.

You people are unbelievable. Whenever a team gets a new logo, everyone complains about how ugly it is, it takes time to get used to. And if the logo is so terrible, why do the Sabres have the top selling merchandise on nhl.com, and why are four of the players at the top of jersey sales? People don't buy things that are ugly, so there is obviously something to like about it.
