I would try something like this: Delicious Snack Treats, Inc. (formerly Allied Biscuit, Inc.)

I would avoid "née", because it literally means "born" and has female gender. This makes sense when used to refer to a woman's maiden name, or to a person who is more commonly known by a pseudonym, but might seem awkward when applied to the name of a company.

"Formerly" is a succinct and safe bet.

You can use PKA, but I suggest that, in a CV, unless this is a recurrent term, you spell it out so that the reader doesn't have to think, "What does that mean?"

"Née" refers only to a woman who has changed her name, usually by marriage: Jane Smith marries Joe Jones and becomes Jane Jones (née Smith). Née (feminine) means "born".
