I even have the comparable subject at artwork, nicely enormously much. there's a woman who works a splash, then makes a decision to digital mail all people, then works a splash lower back. Our boss says her productiveness is there and that i ought to basically cope with it. This guy or woman annoys the residing crap out me and my boss does not care. I recommend the two, do exactly your job and takes deep breaths and look at out to neglect approximately. Or, seek for something else. I enjoyed my job, yet went to a various branch because of the fact I grew to become so agitated that my coronary heart became racing. the policies on the wellness facility are: everybody caught doing something with the computing gadget different than artwork appropriate, is grounds for on the spot dismissal. Yea suited! Bummer! If the two decision isn't reliable for you, your boss consistently has somebody above him/her. Are you waiting nevertheless to get on incorrect words along with your boss?

No, you should not tell your boss. It will just create tension and make you look like a snoop/tattletale. If management is interested, they can check internet histories and monitor computer activities.
Be sure to CYA & steer clear of this co-worker when he/she is on the internet.

yes. somethings should be done during private times, not in a public work place. Not to mention that is probably keeping them from properly doing their job at work, and depending on the type of job you have and where you work that effects you too(bonuses etc..)
