I'm fed with money problems, grief at work, grief outside of work. I know life is hard, but goodness me...............! Can anyone say something that will help me cope until it gets better?

I know a great motivational book.... SEVEN TAOIST MASTERS. It's a Folk Novel about patients and how to overcome or just a better understanding on dealing with the materialistic world we live in.

There is an opportunity behind each challenge. Also, your whole perspective changes when you change I CAN"T to I AM NOT WILLING TO.
When one thing is wrong, sometimes it casts a shadow on everything else. You have to take care of yourself, so that you are better able to face each challenge that presents itself.
Go th the gym, take kickboxing classes, and burn off some stress. Give your body a chance to make some feel-good chemicals.
Next, make a to-do list. Each thing you check off will motivate you. Soon you will have the momentum to formulate a plan.
Visit the Oprah website about "debt diet". She has some insight on financial matters.
As for work, always take the high road. Always. Do not gove your power away to anyone. The way people treat others is a direct reflection of how they feel about themselves inside, so remember that next time someone tries to get you down. Have compassion for them, but do not let them steal your energy. That would be self-defeating....
Outside of work, don't waste time on people who's behavior doesn't match what they say to you. Peoples' behavioe is a big "tell" as to what they really feel, or what their agenda is. Someone who is chronically late for an outing, is telling you that you are not a priority.
Get good at focusing on what's good and right, rather than what's bad and wrong.

Gee. It sounds like I could have typed this. I just try to get through day by day. My husband and I have had a rough time since we lost our baby girl in Aug with money and I had to go back to work to pay off medical bills. It is rough. Money problems are not the end of the world, even though it seems like it sometimes. You can always try a debt consolidation place in order to get your bills paid up. Make sure you check any company out with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) www.bbb.com. Try taking some online classes so you can get a better job. The lower paying the jobs the more drama.

One thing I have learnt is that life never stays the same. So even if your situation feels really bad at the moment it won't stay like this forever, it may feel like it, but things will change.

The trick is for you to try to summon the energy, enthusiasm and focus to get control of your life and try to force change in the areas that are getting you down. Try one area first, you can get overwhelmed thinking that you have to change your whole life.

That's hard when you're already feeling bad. But everyone has it in their power to live a fulfilled and happy life, and you do too.

Well. I have seen people in a mud hut with a satellite. It makes absolutely no sense to me. Perhaps the absurdity will distract you for a while.

Sounds like you are on the bottom of the slop. Perhaps it about to rise up again. Just look for some laughter. Visit the jokes board.

Just try to appreciate what you do have in this life...whatever that may be. My grandmother is a concentration camp survior, she didn't even have clothes when the soldiers rescued her,so I was raised to appreciate what you do have, because you could have nothing.

I wish I could have some deep words of wisdom that would help you feel better - but know this, you are NOT alone...we ALL have those days when we feel just totally and completely overwhelmed.

Maybe this will make you smile:

financial problems can lead to a viscious cycle of negativity...
the best way to deal is to get your mind out of it and then try to think for a logical solution..

if you are having problems with your finance try to arrest the unrequired expenses...there are many online resources available on household budget

there will be a lot of people who will say good words and they sure makes one feel positive and get courage to deal with the situation...

all i can say is try to look at your finance problem in a different way... instead of thinking of the problem and feeling worse day by day..try to think of the solution to get out of it...or to improve it...
