I have no idea -- but I included a link to a couple of professinoal organizations for OR. Their web sites might provide more information.

When looking for programs, you have to be somewhat careful. Operations is often found in a school of engineering. But it is also found in business schools. B-Schools sometimes split the field into two departments. For example, Duke's Fuqua School has an Operations Research group -- but it also has a Decision Sciences group.
