As i already know by interstate is the shortest voice if i'm riding a bike or a motorcycle.But what can i do to make the trip easier if I am doing a transportation? It does not matter of where i'm coming from in connecticut and where i am going to maryland.

Straight down I-95, and you'll be there in 6 hours.

You can't ride a bicycle on I-95. I'm pretty sure there are back roads...
