I absolutely believe they work. They really narrow down your fertile window. ANd unlike charting your temps, they let you know ahead of time when ovulation is coming, not after. I had borrowed one from a friend who had used it successfully, she has 3 daughters now. Unfortunately for me we have since found out we have other issues to contend with. However, I believe that, barring any medical factors, you should be set for a positive pregnancy test soon!!

Good luck!!

Did you purchase the computer screen new or used? no matter if it really is used then I heard the computer screen takes longer to get utilized on your cycle. you may want to correctly be having an annvolatory cycle also. Are you sorting out in the 6 hour window with the first morning urine? in case you position your M button at 9am then you fairly have from 6 am to midday to attempt. Are the sticks expired? What CD are you on? Did you press the on button in the 6 hour window no matter if it doesn't require a try that day? I did a large style of interpreting up on it and it truly is my first month also. I purely now were given my "top" and am on CD 19. after having intense readings for 8 days.

Try using a fertility calendar to get your fertile window and a bbt chart. Make sure you take your waking temperature. They say that just using the fertility tests aren't enough because sometimes your lh surge doesn't show up in your urine until the day you ovulate or the day after. Sometimes it is too late. I was trying for three years and after charting and finding my fertile window I was pregnant after two months. We just found out on November 22. Good Luck!!!

I used it for a month, and it was the only thing (other than an ultrasound) that has ever detected ovulation. I have done the BBT's and regular ovulation and I didn't lave any luck.
So, I'm not sure if it was beginners luck, or if it picks up lower hormone level's then other, but it did work for me.

Good luck & Lots of baby dust to ya!

Well I bought mine about 3 weeks ago, and am still waiting for my next AF to show so I can begin using it. Funny thing is, I'm now 7 days late and I think I'm PG.

So maybe just "having" the monitor helped. ;) LOL

Sorry, probably not what you are looking for, hey?

Well, lots of my friends used the monitors and most of them only needed it for one cycle before they were PG. HTH
