First priority is to WORK on your studies -- and HONOR That financial Commitment to your future (you sound very young -- and that means for the most part, that your parents are paying for your college and investing in YOUR future - a VERY Caring act).
DO NOT go to the Clubs -- DO NOT waste time there -- there is only one occasion to go out and have fun -- that is when you have SUCCESSFULLY completed all the final exams for the courses, you go back home for the break, and ... for the most part -- you are with your family/friends and want to spend some time with them in enjoyment.
Other than that -- I did see many my age (when I obtained my UGrad Degrees and Grad Degrees) who partied and ... guess what ... they NEVER finished their Advanced Education ... were failed out, and dropped out. That is NOT what you want or your parents would want for you.

You shouldn't go to clubs all the time or study all the time.
If you enjoy clubbing, when you have time, you should go clubbing. However, university/college is 90% self dicipline and 10% brains; getting carried away with the clubbing and neglecting your studies will quickly result in your grades going down the tube. It's also a bad habbit to get used to clubbing all the time any way.
So you want to study a lot of the time, but studying too much won't do you any good. You need to get out now and then to take a break, give your mind a refresher and some time with doing something it enjoys more than studying.

I agree with the above, and would add that it's important to manage your time well overall. e.g. DON'T go clubbing/partying when you really have an important project and limited time. Get the work done first, then as time allows, kick back. Yes, you do need to do both...study hard and let off steam. Don't let the partying take over your life, though or you are very likely to regret it.

I made a pretty simple rule for myself when I went to college: I wouldn't go out on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday nights. Those nights were set aside for studying, relaxing, meeting and hanging out with neighbors, etc.
Thursdays are *great* party nights, so it's good to get out and socialize. And the weekends, well, who's going to stay home and study on a Saturday night?

In my experience it was really important to do both, and have a social and an academic life. Don't get too caught up in one of them. Once you graduate you don't want to be like, wow I stayed in the library the whole time and missed out on everything, or wow I partied so much that I wasted all that money and got no education. Balance your time and your priorities.

You should do neither ALL the time. Studying is excellent in college but don't go overboard, you also need to get out and have fun with people as well. But like everything, an exessive amount of anything is bad for you.

Don't just sit around studying, you need an outlet. Don't overdo the partying.

Everything in moderation, my friend!
Study as much as you need to not have anxiety about your tests and grades. Party when you need to chill, so you don't have anxiety about your tests and grades.
