I always just bend mine by hand, but I have heard that rolling the brim around a baseball and tying it is the way to produce the "textbook" bend.

However much you want. I put mine in a drinking glass for a few days which gives me the desired bend I want.

i would get a couple rubber bands and use those to form the bill of the cap. I usually leave it for a day or two. also, you can try and stuff it if a cup or mug. that usually works.

That's a personal preference, you want it to fit your head.
