Acidic drinks like lemonade, fruit drinks, ice teas, sports drinks, soda pop, are now known to be bad for dental enamel, and can eventually cause irreversible damage. What can we add to them to reduce the acidity, without ruining the flavor?

Part of the flavour is the acidity. Acid tastes a little sour. In lemonade, this is citric acid. If you try to neutralize acidity, you destroy the citric acid and the taste. Milk is slightly alkali, so you could use to neutralise, but the milk will curdle and the drink will definitely taste different.
