Some babies just don't like to be in the car. Hopefully for you your baby might just be bored. You can try giving it a toy or rattle to play with. I wouldn't recomend hanging toys from the car seat handle though. I've been told that when car seats are crash tested they are tested with the handles down. In an accident, if the handle is up and for any reason it breaks, the handle could impale your precious little baby.
