no, there is not but I find if you put a small microwave proof bowl of lemon juice in the mic for 30 seconds it seems to lift the dirt off the walls clean more easily...

Well I got this tip of a TV cleaning programme...'How Clean is your House?'

They got a thick kitchen cloth and soaked it in water wrung out excess though not too much, still needs to be quite wet and they put it in the microwave for 5 minutes, though you'd have to keep an eye on it so I'd do it for 3 minutes. Then apparently the stains just wipe away.

I haven't tried it yet but worth a go!

microwave some water to a boil for a few minutes. Then wipe the inside out. everything should come right off. If that doesn't seem clean to you, add some white vinigar to the water before boiling. Works great!

No, simple soap & water solution on a dish cloth. For the tough baked in stuff put a scotch brite pad, or sometimes called a scruffy, (Green Abrasive pad), & gently rub. Be sure to rinse off any residue or you may get some heat/moisture transfer into your food!

Try this cloth. You have to buy in packages of 5 but they are only like $3 bucks a piece. I have ordered them and use them on everything, especially windows. They are made out of tiny fibers that work like razor blades. They are guaranteed not to scratch and all you do is rinse the cloth under water, wring it out and wipe ANY surface with no streaks or scratch. Use em over and over. I have not thrown one away yet!
I even waxed my car with it! I am sold on this ...I encourage you to try it out.

take a rag and get it wet and wring it out, put it in the microwave and turn it on for about 20 seconds, then it loosens up all the stuck-on stuff and you just wipe it out
it really works

No, you can just use regular household cleaners in there. I use a disinfectant spray most of the time and sometimes softscrub if it's really bad.

Just heat some water then wipe. If you have any odors, leave a bowl of baking soda in there for a coupld of days!
