In november 2000 you were 25 years and 7 months old.
In feb 2003 you were 28 years and 10 months old.
in July 2007 you will be 32 years and 3 months old.

In April 1975, you were 0. So in April 1976, you were 1, 1977 were 2, etc. So for any year, subtract 1975 and you find how old you were in April.
2000 - 1975 = 15; you turned 25 in April 2000.
November is after April, so you were 25 in November.
2003 - 1975 = 28; you turned 28 in April 2003.
February is *before* April, so you were still 27.
2007 - 1975 = 32, so you will be 32 in April 2007.
July is after April, so you will be 32.
