But the Christmas Special when Mrs Doyle kept falling off the window was superb.

I love Father Ted, it's fantastic. I got a free Christmas dvd in The Sun today. Mrs Doyle is my fave character... "do ya wanna cup a tea, oh go on, go on, go on."

But it is hard to choose - such a great programme & Dermot Morgan was excellent for perseverance despite the tough time he had with RTE.

Father Jack !!! Although I loved Mrs Doyle, especially when she was chasing after that 'Daniel O'Donnell' inspired character.

Classic - I'm sure the Pope LOVED the series and had them all on DVD !!!!!

Jack always has me laughing, Pat Mustard was funny too, and Pat Shortt's character- the i shot jr guy, cant remember his name.
