When someone gives me a titty twister, I only feel little pain. And so do the other guys, but when I saw someone give a girl one, she had to cry.

Biting down hard on the nipple is a good substitute for a titty twister if you are concerned it might hurt the girl too much.

ok well alot of girls have tender,sore breasts. with out them being pinched and twisted, its due to homonal changes. and yes it does hurt more on a girl than it does a guy. and it happens to hurt more if a girl has full and firm breasts , than a girl thats not as full or firm.
