a nice beautiful silk scarf from salvatore ferragamo.
i think that would be an ideal gift.
tho' it has got NOTHiNG to do with her being active.
its just that, later, when sitting down by the fire, she could wear it, and she'll l0ok so0 sweet. (GOD i miss my grandma now~).

If she is still active, and she doesn't have a bicycle, that's a good idea. Or perhaps one of those blow-up pools that are around $50-$80 for use during the summer. She may also like something in the way of you and her just being together. Take a walk around, take her on a picnic, or just spend time with her.

Or for a lower budget...A family dinner and walk

Go see a movie
Maybe rent a fancy car like a lamborgini for a day and take her for a ride....if she really is that active

A spa package. Gentle massage. Hair do. Pedicure and Manicure at her favorite salon or one she would like to try out!
A date to the movies together.
A board game she likes..come over often and play w/her.
A donation to her favorite charity in her honor.
Seranade her favorite song to her - only if you sing somewhat well.
A foot massager - soak thing. W/ accessories to add to it.

Get the family togather and have a family portrait taken and then family potluck. Granddmothers love being around family and she has the portriat for memories.

MASSAGE, TENNIS SHOES, EXERCISE BALL THIS IS GOOD TO LOOSEN UP BACK. BOOKS STORE GIFT CARD, MOVIE TICKETS, PLAY OR MUSICAL TICKETS FOR TWO. IF SHE LIKES TO GO ON BUS TRIPS MANY COMPANIES HAD GIFT CERTIFICATES OR PAY FOR A PLANE RIDE TO SEE SOMEONE. I'M 65 AND I WOULD LIKE ANY OF THESE.
