No we are Northwest of Dallas and we had great snow today but the roads were totally passable and tomorrow is going to be clear and sunny and the roads will be fine.

Probably. you never know what's going to happen. i'd close schools until all the conditions were fairly normal again, then re-open them just in case

No, the roads are clear. I would do early release though.

definetly its so cold out there. roads are probably slick... not good to be driving on
