Here are some ideas:
-useful household items..... such as- toilet plunger, toilet seat, c.d. cases, paper plates, razors
-anything pink (especially funny if the gift is for a guy) .... pink bunny slippers, pink medicine, pink lipstick, pink bathrobe
-wrong holiday ...... halloween decorations, St. Patrick's day hat, cards given out on Valentine's Day
-patriotic foreigner ..... If you live in the US get Canadian flags, clothes, postcards, souvenirs, and so on.
**To the people who don't know what "White Elephant" is, it's a gift exchange where anything goes. Gag gifts are very popular for this tradition, although you can give regular gifts if you like.

Do the most annoying gift under like $10 or something and it'll be funny what they come up with.

not sure if its for friends, family or co-workers. but u can do anything from beverages and accessories, bathroom stuff (lotions, soaps, etc) or just a general thing where the person brings whatever. (sometimes more fun bc of hte variety)
