I am an alternative medicinal therapist and can give you a few suggestions but without knowing a bit about you this isn't easy. If you are over 45 it could be menopausal if not then I suggest you have a test for diabetes, you may even have vitamin deficiency and you can also have tests done for this

Aspartame Poisoning!
Weight gain, headaches, period pains, bloatedness, breathing problems . . .the list goes on and on.
Fact is, the very same people that approved it (The FDA) also had to provide a list of side effects - it has 92 side effects. Coming in at number 77 is Death! (Death is a side -effect?)

it could be something trivial but i would go and see a doctor as this can be an indication of an over active thyroyd or even a tumor not to worrie im sure it's not serious but see a doc just in case!

sounds like yu might have aneamia from the headaches and tiredness. get a full blood count and check out your haemolobin levels

get your thyroid checked. my aunt has a thyroid condition and she becomes very lethargic and tired with minimal activity. are you on any new medication, like birth control which can cause side effects?

it culd be any number of things, you should really consult your dr who can do the appropriate blood tests, thyroid, liver function etc. good luck.
