If you are distributing salt, that has an effect. I haven't seen much of a long term effect from the little pellets.

Still, it's cheaper than a lawsuit if someone slips.

not sure. sprinkle it with some salt. it will melt the ice. do it before the next snow too and it will melt the ice faster
