I would compare your components with what is written in the games recommend hardware requirements. But for the most part it seems OK. It really depends on the game.

you might try updating you drivers on your computer from the net.
Most of the game will play on older computers, although they may seem a little choppy or not as well textured.This is because of the graphics card.Only buy a computer when the old one is more then three years old, or the cost of upgrading out ways the purchase of a new one.
