DO you mean ALL the Treks? Or are you talking about a specific one?
E.g.: the Original Star Trek (a.k.a. TOS) had 80 episodes over it's three year run.

Star Trek TNG: 178 shows over 7 seasons +4 movies
Star Trek DS9: 176 shows over 7 seasons
Star Trek Voyager: 172 shows over 7 seasons
Star Trek Enterprise: 98 shows over 4 seasons
Star Trek Animated: 22 shows over 1.5 seasons
TOTAL: 725episodes over 30.5 seasons with 10 movies

Alot.
There were about 80 episodes of the Original Series.
Then there were seven seasons of Next Generation (so say 170 episodes, about 20 per season), seven seasons of DS9 and seven seasons of Voyager. About 520 in total there.
Four seasons of Enterprise (about 80 episodes).
And if you want to include them - 22 episodes of the Animated Series (not counted a spart of the official chronology by the late great Gene Roddenberry)
Probably about 700 in total - to date.

Also for the non-Trek fan: All produced episodes have now been shown.
The "unaired" episode you refer to is The Cage. Although not shown as part of the original run, it was finally aired in 1988.
