I am a recapper for the show, so here is my recap that will be posted on a reality tv site.
Back in Barcelona…
The girls are paired with male dancers as they struggle to learn how to dance. Eugena is a natural!
Dinner with Mrs. J…
The girls have dinner with Mrs. J. who gives them a bit of coaching.
Famous last words?
We know we’ll be saying goodbye to one of the model hopefuls soon, and the girls are full of fascinating things to say.
“I’m 100% confident that I’m going to shine,” boasts Melrose.
“Feel how smooth my armpits are today,” says Caridee as she wakes up the next morning.
“The girl getting on my nerves the most in this competition is Caridee,” says Melrose.
“If Melrose wins America’s Next Top Model, I’m going to puke,” declares Caridee.
Flamenco costumes
The girls dress in the bright flamenco costumes as they begin the dancing challenge. Eugena does a great job and the judges describe her as very elegant. She even smiles for a change. Amanda is awkward as always. Melrose botches the steps a bit. The winner was Eugena, hands down.
The reward
Eugena picks Amanda to share in her reward. They are both given Custo jackets and Eugena is given a Custo shirt.
Cry me a river
Melrose cried and moped for quite a while over not willing the challenge. It was a bit nauseating.
Aqua challenge
Tyra announces that she will be coaching the girls through their next photo shoot where they will be floating on water.
“Oh God, no chlorine!” says Melrose, “My hair will turn green!” The girls are paired up for the challenge. Eugena will model with Melrose, and Amanda will partner with Caridee.
No laughing matter
As the girls try to encompass the image of ethereal aqua nymphs, there is one underlying problem. The pool is freezing. For Caridee, this was no laughing matter. She was literally convulsing, near hypothermia. She had to be pulled from the shoot while viewers hoped she managed to get a decent shot. Is this girl really from Fargo?
Time to face the music
It’s time to face the judges again, and what a panel it was. Mrs. J looked oddly like Minnie Mouse tonight. The shots of the girls came out surprisingly well except for the fact that Amanda’s dancing photo looked really painful since her leg was twisted awkwardly.
The bottom two
Who would go home? Would it be Amanda who was less than graceful or Caridee who was too high maintenance? In the end, Amanda is sent packing while Caridee again narrowly escapes elimination.

the last elimination was on Nov 21, Nnenna (unfortunately). the Nov 28 episode was a waste of time, showing us a summary of what happened during the last episodes. there was no competition/elimination. hang on until next week.
