So, is your question "Wtf is the world doing?" or is it "Does anyone else see a problem with this?" Because I will answer both...
#1) The world is going to hell in a hand basket. But so it goes. I'm just going to sit here on my *** and answer questions on yahoo.
#2) I have a problem with this. I hate wind. Now if they could create a man made sunshine... I'd buy it.

Its been tried repeatdly (the Nazis come to mind) and no one can make it work. Don't loose any sleep over it.

Even if they did make it work, I think you should spend at least as much time worrying about hand grenades, bullets and mortars as you do about cyclones.

they couldn't do it anyways and even if they did cyclones don't last that long so by the time they got it going it would be over

no.. cyclones are rather harmless as compared to nuclear bombs.. i think malaysia is only fearing the other countries so as to not come invade them..

It's just a matter of time for someone to do it. Yes it is wrong, but so are any other weapons. Unfortunately you have to be ready for war in order to maintain peace.
