I am a 19 year old female that has the same routine everyday for the past year or so. I get up every morning at about 3:30 for work and then two days a week I attend school. I work up to 9 hours a day and then I seem to go home and fall a sleep for a few hours. I have never done this before and it is really annoying. I usually come home and clean or something. It seems like I can never get enough sleep. Lately I have been feeling kinda crappy and I have been having headaches. It doesn't seem as though i am stressed about anything. I am sexually active and usually try to sleep up to 6-8 hours a night but it all depends on my schedule- just to give u guys more info.. i've been eatting real healthy, I haven't been doing anything after i got home from work for the past week to 2 weeks. and i usually have a hard time going to sleep at night, i think it is because i take the nap. I try not to fall a sleep, but i just can't help it. does it sound pregnancy? what could it be?! thanks! :)

it could be depression, people who get depressed dont necessarily have to be stressed its more about inner happiness. Sounds like your doing all the right things and should focus more on being proud of yourself and in life the best things come to those who wait just takes patience and also those things your waiting for wont come until you've learned enough of lifes lessons to handle it right and enjoy it sometimes it sucks but you'll be glad that when it is the way you want it you'll have went thru the waiting so you dont loose it, meaning if you lets say get married if you havnt been thru a few breakups making you more mature and alert the marriage may never last had you not gone thru those things and learned how important communication and faithfulness are. You might also just be plain worn out and not 16 anymore not a whole lot older but I could never get over, in highschool on the weekends I could sleep until 1 in the afternoon now I could never do that you just change and if your tired you probly need the sleep or it could be when you have nothing to occupy your mind you sleep to keep from dealing w/something that you might also be ignoring by keeping yourself busy all the time, if there is an underlined issue you need to address it now because the longer you wait the more it builds up and the more damaging to you life it will become, emotional stress can and will ruin all aspects of your life if your not healthy that way you cant function at work school anywhere right, maybe a counselor its worth a shot but again you might just be plain wore out, the pregnancy thing doubt it maybe are your breast sore thats an easy one tests are so cheap why worry get one take it its over, Good Luck KIMBUR

In other countries they have a period of time devoted to naps in the middle of the day.

By saying your eatting healthy with the way people eat these days suggest your not eatting well enough. When your working how often do you drink fluids and how often do you go to the restroom.

I know the way the schools I was in were set up were unhealthy set up where there was never time set up to take restroom breaks,.. so you tend to not eat or drink well enough.

Your probably not supposed to be wakeing up at 3:30 (am or pm) every day because of your ancestors + how you have been up until a year ago. (Someone keeps talking to me in reality now).

So to wrap this up,.. Headaches + being worn out DOES NOT equal automaticly pregnant. Though it is still posible you are pregnant.

Go bug the doctors that deal with that stuff. If you aren't and you want to keep up this life style,.. then go see Psychiatric Doctors and nag them for meds to help support your secdual (that's what people end up doing,.. and then the doctors won't tell you the side effects... which include death).

Or you can up your Colleries (I can't spell) and your fluids. But do not try to use Caffine because Caffine is a Dieratic that Boost Energy but you either can't spell or pass out the second you hold still because the Caffine is hideing that your body can't take it any more.

It sounds more like you are overworked and stressed out than pregnant to me. It sounds like you have a very busy lifestyle and an irregular sleep schedule (the regularity is just as important as the amount). Your body is getting a bit worn down and is responding to your late-day blood sugar crash by saying "GIVE ME AN AFTERNOON NAP, PUNK!" For some people, especially young people, 6-8 hours a day is just not enough.

If you're sexually active, of course, you can't rule out pregnancy, but an over-the-counter test should settle your mind on that subject. Maybe with the semester coming to an end and the Christmas holiday coming up you can take a bit of a holiday, catch up on your sleep, and rejuvenate your body.

I'm the same way, Ive been like that for a year and a half. I'm 20 now. I even went to the doctor and they drew blood for a couple things but nothing came up, I hate to bring up the same thing twice to a doctor, so I just live with it. Try to keep yourself occupied when you get home. I fall asleep if I get too comfortable on the bed, watching TV.

It could be too that your lacking Iron. Sometimes you can feel tired. If your taking birth control and your sexually active check it out, it could be pregnancy. If however your just really tired it could be too you could have a Kidney infection or bladder infection. If your eating healthy, sometimes changes in diet will cause it too. But definately talk to your doctor. S/He's the best. Normally if you get blood work they can diagnose, Pregnancy, anemia, or whatever, but check and see.

Pregnancy does make you tired! REALLY tired!
You could be fighting a cold or something too. Our bodies go through lots of things that we don't understand. Try taking vitamins, try to boost your energy level with some lights exercise like jogging. But if you are tired, you may just need the sleep. Listen to you body but don't let yourself get lazy!
Feel Better! :o)

Could be anything. Go see a doctor. Maybe you have a deficiency of something. Like iron, i know people with iron deficiencies get tired a lot, but i'm not a doctor, and even if that's the prob, only a doc can give you iron supplements to treat it.

hmm.. yeah;; i think your just over working yourself;; I mean for real your only 19; you still have a life to live;; maybe you should try to cut down on somethings. & focus on only the things that are really improtant to you;; people waste so much time doing things that they really don't even need to do. just remember what ur top prioritys in life are

good luckk*

&& i hope you see a difference.
