My wife has a very irregular menstrual cycle and she told me that she had tried getting pregnant in a previous relationship and she couldnt get pregnant, during that time she had not her period for a year. now my wife hasnt had her period in 3 months and we had sex recently without protection 4 times in one week and havent had anymore since because we broke up, could she have gotten pregnant?

My first question is does your wife or has she ever gone to the OB-GYN? Because her doctor (if she has one) should be able to help her with her irregular cycle. And if her and her previous partner were trying to have a child...did she go to the OB-GYN then to figure out why her cycle is so outta whack!?! Yes I suppose she could've gotten pregnant...since she never seems to menstruate (lucky her) you dont quite know when she is ovulating (if she can in fact even have children.) But the only real way to tell is by her going to the OB-GYN!!!

Age & Medications,.. and if any thing to prevent pregnancy was ever used by your Wife are all factors here.
I mean,.. you need to explain why she hadn't had a Period in a Year,.. if she had things checked or had had "the Pill" in shot form or what.
Also just because she couldn't get pregnant with one man doesn't mean she is immune to pregnacy with EVERYONE,.. there are alot of things that could be factors to not getting pregnant... like compatiablity issues, low sperm,.. weak sperm,.. etc.
So this is,.. a,.. Not Enough Information! Maybe and Maybe not,.. Not Enough Information for people online to say.
If the question is " Is it Posible" then Yes,.. it's posible she is pergnant.

Sure she could be pregnant. The fact that she didn't conceive in a previous relationship means precisely zero: her former partner could have been the infertile one. If she ever gets her period, she's probably ovulating, albeit not that regularly, and therefore, she can get pregnant.
Is it likely? Impossible to say, without full medical workups on both of you. But unprotected sex is where you get babies from.
