it will but not yet.
so far the current temperatue of our planet is still suitable for water to stay liquid. When it gets hotter than boiling point, water surely evaporates. It will only happen when the our Sun grows much bigger & nearer on earth's vicinty, or an asteriod collide with our planet, but should be big enough for all the water of our ocean to be pushed out in space.
so not now, not yet....
but who knows

What goes up needs to come down.
We actually could empty the ocean by building a reservoir as big as the ocean to collect all the rain water and prevent it running back into the ocean.
Doing so would change the whole weather pattern as well as the ocean plays a big part in creating the weather.

Water evaporates, rains into lakes, seas, oceans. Rivers carry water from lakes back to the ocean. It's pretty simple really, you just have to know it!

The universe and planets are in constant flow of energy. As one form of water evaporates into another, and so on. There will always be a supply of water as the earth redistributes that flow of energy into different forms and vice versa.
