My family makes fried corn, fresh off the cobb. You have to use white corn, though and just slice it off and fry it in a pan w/a small amount of bacon greese. It's VERY good, the bacon just gives it a little flavor so I'm sure turkey bacon could be used as well with a little butter.

In my family, we usually eat it as a side dish to a meal... but I often put into different soups, salsa, casseroles. I tend to stick more with green veggies, but corn can be a nice change.

Corn on the cob or lose corn?
For lose corn I like mashed potatoes. There is no better meal than turkey (or ham) with mashed taters, lose corn, stuffing, and gravy.
Corn on the cob is great for BBQ.
