While I don't think the show "Married With Children" is actually funny, funny - the kind of humor it does have is basically much like an early "Borat" type of humor.

Hell no. There's nothing funny about it at all. It's annoying and irritating. I don't understand why people think it's so funny - the jokes are lame and cliche. If you people actually relate to this show, then that is really pathetic and I feel sorry for you. You guys are probably the same people who enjoy "The War At Home" and are responsible for the greatest show in the history of TV ("Arrested Development") going off the air. Frasier may have been flamboyant, but at least that show had some wit. And as for Friends...there's no way in hell that MWC is funnier. Admitting that you like MWC is like admitting that you are a brain-dead loser w/ the IQ of gasoline pump. What happened to television? It seems like everything is reality TV or the Blue Collar "Comedy" ****. NOFX is right...the idiots ARE taking over.

I always loved that show. I think the funny thing is that it really relates to how life is for a lot of people, just most of us don't choose to reveal that little secret.. But yes great show!!!

I 'd believed so. It is so hilarious with a capital H, it's outrageous, silly, campy, cartoonishly well-done. It's also mean spirited as well. The whole show is fun to watch instead of shows like Fraiser and Friends combine.

its stupid funny. its comedy where all you do is laugh ... and if you miss one episode, you don't really miss much b/c there's no storyline continuation or development like other current sitcoms. in all episodes the family are doing something stupid and that is what makes the show funny.
