I saw Ed Norton on a hiking trail in New Hampshire. We didn't talk, but he smiled and stepped aside to let our group pass on a narrow trail. That was nice.

The guy from The Breakfast Club (I'm not gonna say which one)--he was at his grandparents house visiting, we met him at a baseball game, ended up going to dinner AT his grandparent's house (next door neighbor was Arnie Palmer, what a hoot HE was!!) And..then hung out with him until everyone went back home their separate ways...Lost touch with him when he got married a few years later, but still have fond memories of a great "normal" guy.
Also met Steve Harvey at a bar in Vegas, just happened to take the stool next to him. Nice man, we were talking SoSide stories and doing shots until his handlers came for him.

emmit smith (the redskin who was just on that celebrity dancing show) used to be on the PTA at the elemtary school i went to, he has a daughter thats about 3 or 4 years younger than me, so we'd see him all the time. he really is a nice person. then again, the community i lived in had about 4 redskins living in it at one point, they are just common people who just HAPPEN to be in the limelight... i was too young to remember who they all were, but they totally arent like the jackass players there are today

I was introduced to Gary Kemp (of Spandau Ballet and The Krays fame) last December, and saw him again earlier this month. He's a genuinely nice guy-good laugh, likes teasing people, all hugs and kisses on the cheek, and a very proud daddy! He also has a tendency to look you straight in the eyes when you're talking to him. *swoon*

At the Toronto Film Fest, I saw Rachel McAdams just seeing some films like the rest of, she wasn't in anything, just being a movie lover. She was really nice and beautiful.

One of the fellas from beverly hills 90210 came to australia, and I met him in a pub, he was really lovely, really friendly. A few guys came in a while later and tried to picka fight and he was just like, nah, I am not interested in fighting you I am here to have a good time, let me buy you a drink. They calmed down after that! I was also in line at Panthers in Penrith (sydney) and one of the former aussie footy players pushed in front of me in the line (I mean seriously pushed) I tapped him on the shoulder and said excuse me the line ends back there mate, he responded with f*&^ off! do you know who I am? I laughed at him and told him I knew he was a tool, so he had security kick me out! I am guessing they were his mates. Hmm most of my stories I am at the pub! odd.

I probably have the most out-of-touch with a Z-list celebrity story ever .... when I was eight, my swimming instructor introduced me to his girlfriend who was Helen Shapiro.
See! No-one here has heard of her
*sulks*
Any other Z-list celebrity stories?

My sister used to work at the Midland hotel and she told us every time Michael Barrymore stayed he was really nasty to the staff, and his wife was even worse.

The nicest people she met were George Best and Chris Ewbank, she said they were both lovely.
