I would consider supporting the nazis anti-semetic and since it was during ww2 it makes him a traitor.
I would also consider someone who makes cartoons against the civil rights movement racist.
I would also consider someone who makes a cartoon that has mickey and minie defending themselves from the vicious "n-word" tribe (yes that was the name of the tribe).
EDIT: back when this cartoon was created no one used the N-word as anything but an insult.

He doesn't sound like a bigot to me: "I don't believe there is a challenge anywhere in the world that is more important to people everywhere than finding the solutions to the problems of our cities. But where do we begin? Well, we're convinced we must start with the public need. And the need is not just for curing the old ills of old cities. We think the need is for starting from scratch on virgin land and building a community that will become a prototype for the future." Quote from Walt Disney

It doesn't matter if he was a racist personally, it's just the world was very into "eugenics" and all that when he was around, and wasps were the main market for his product so he appealed to their way of thinking by excluding non-wasp characters and situations from his cartoons.
Simple!

No, all cartoons back in the early 40's had racial overtones to them. People get off this double standard that it's ok for black people to say N****R, but whites can't. I think either everyone can use it, or no one at all. Watch Def Comedy Jam, than talk to me about The guy from Seinfeld
