If it is joined to land it is not an island is it. An Isthmus connects two bodies of land. If two samll bodies of land are surrounded by water and connected by an isthmus it would be one island.

it is called a tombola, this word is also the name of a type of raffle and so if u search it u will be overwhelmed by that meaning, but it is a correct.
