Umm.. I don't think that is possible. We are still in 2006, so his birthday couldn't even come around yet. Unless you mean he is 18 days old, but that really isn't a birthday

my first thought would be some sort of hypothetical relativity effect (twins paradox kind of thing), but that doesn't work. My second thought is that someone's being 'clever' with the years, and using two different calendar systems - but I can't find one that's 18 years out from the gregorian.
I'll settle for: I don't have a clue.
