"Christmas Sweet" by Mannheim Steamroller...it consists of four movements: "Wassail, Wassail," "Carol of the Birds," "I Saw Three Ships," and "God Rest Ye, Merry Gentlemen."

"Christmas Sweet" was arranged by Chip Davis in a renaissance style (lots of recorders, sackbuts, and other cool 14-16th century instruments).
