I'm through with 12th class (science stream). Besides doing B.Tech, are there any other reputable courses or such related to software programming?
(I'm already quite comfortable with VB6 and C++)

Does NIIT have something in relation with this? Someone please guide me.
Thanks :)

firstly i want to tell u that if u want to go into programming by doing something else except B.Tech then u will definately have to leave your science stream, doing that many options will be open to u.
plz dont go for NIIT coz wht they say they really dont do it.their course of 2yrs always stretch to minimum 2 1/2 yr; saying it by personal experience.
u can rather go for DOEACC 'O' & 'A' Level; it is government recognised.
u can do them along with your graduation and after 'A' Level you can go for 'B' Level which is equivalent to M.Tech.
Otherwise options of different courses in different languages is provided by any computer institute. If you are confortable in C++ then i suggest you to go for specialised course in Java;Java is in demand and will always remain till the internet is alive.

Try to get into the International Institute of Information Technology. Otherwise enter the regular stream of engineering courses. Good luck!

You can not change the world to suit your style. B.Tech is the best choice. NIIT is the beginning of an end.

NIIT is a fraud company. They will take your money only.
Even they are not recognized in any way.
Go for VB.NET or ASP.NET
Best of luck !
