Then water is poured (or splashed) on the front of it so that the people watching get a glimpse of what God gave them. (The ladies have the appearance of almost not wearing a shirt at all). Kinda hoosier if you ask me.

Young, well-developed females who think they might like to get a job modeling or otherwise taking advantage of having a good figure get noticed, perhaps get prizes. The men in the audience tend to vote their personal preferences, may indeed attempt to get to know the contestants personally.
