Teens who want to get rid of acne, I recommend should eat about a pound of pumpkin sees (raw or roasted) but not with salt added ( it will be too much salt) in a day.
Within a day they should see signs of acne going away.
OF course they can eat more.
Pumpkins seeds are inexpensive, and they are safe and they have the right proportions of other nutrients you body needs along with the zinc so you body is able to absorb them and use them well.
Then the teen should eat about a pound of pumpkin seeds a week.
They should realize that if they do this their interest in sex or the feeling of wanting to participate in sexual intercourse is very likely to become stronger.
They should not turn around and have more sex.
If a boy is into masturbating and he has a lot of acne and he eats the pumpkin seeds and sees the face clear up and then he goes and masturbates a lot more frequently and gets rid of zinc each time he ejaculates then that boy will get acne again.
If on the other hand he stems and reduces the amount of masturbating going on he will see the acne clear up and he will feel more amorous. Just because we feel amorous (desiring to copulate and do things that lead to copulation) does not mean we have to go out and satisfy that desire.

When you were born God (who created sex) knew that when you matured you would find a desire to have sex. Because he is a loving and caring God who wants to see your needs and desires satisfied made a special person. If you and that person would both grow up and save yourselves for each other each of you would have the best possible sex life that you could ever have.

That is what life is supposed to be about. That is what life is about for all humans that have a desire to have sex. An orgasm is a great experience. God created it. The Devil did not.

However the devil tries to use it to spread disease. This world is broken; nature is broken (Our culture is based on this idea) by what Adam did.
So we all have problems because of it.
God did not punish Adam.
God told Adam what to do to stay safe and Adam decided he liked the devils lies more than he liked the truth that God spoke to him.

Each person has all the microorganisms that they got from their mother.

Understand that God had given this world to Adam so Adam could have dominion over it and rule over it. When Adam listening to and believing Satan, instead of listening to and believing God, in that act gave this entire world to Satan. Now Satan owns it. Satan is a destroyer.
The ultimate result of his ruling over this world is that this earth will be destroyed.

God knows this and so God has been working to slow that destruction down and to save out of this world as many souls as are willing to believe God's truth and ask God to rescue them.

Satan gets to keep the rest of them.

So God set up the idea of us having two by two relations for life to slow down how many microbes would get together so fast.

While most humans practiced monogamy and abstinence until marriage diseases spread of disease and death through sex was slowed down. Deaths are coming and will come now that so many are having sex without any reserve. Thus so many more of these microbes are meeting up with so many more other microbes than is prudent. Multiple partners has never been God's idea.

That is what initiated the Great Flood. The wrong souls having sex with other souls God had never intended. Read it in Genesis and in the few other places in the Bible where it is discussed. (some are not obvious without careful looking.)

Sexual immorality is not when some one comes to Christ and then finds they are still dealing with overcoming sexual habits and practices they learned before they new Christ. Being sexually immoral is doing ungodly sexual things and not realizing that they are not godly and not favorable and not good.

Few persons go sexually crazy and finally stop resisting an urge to have sex with a pig or cow or a sheep and do it. The idea is disgusting and ludicrous. That is because for the most part humans realize that sex with an animal is disgusting. In a few places yet in the world the idea of placing your penis near the parts of anyone other than the wife God made for you is still disgusting. Those persons seldom have a struggle with the idea of fornication or adultery.

Yet sex and sexual pleasures and desires take place in one's mind more than in ones loins or groin.

There are few struggling with desires to have sex with an animal and have to go through
the internal mental struggle many American ( Christian) males go through having struggles because they find themselves almost compellingly drawn to have sex with a female who they realize they have no business having sex with or wanting to have sex with.

This struggle is born and supported more by our insistence as a society that God has not created one mate for each of us.

If we well knew that having sex with anyone than the special person God made to be our mate is disgusting and repulsive then this problem would have much less strength against these American Christian Males.

We should realize we are not sexually immoral because we are struggling with ideas to have sex with some one we know we should not be having those ideas with. That does not prove we are sexually immoral it proves we are sexually moral in Christ but we either have not overcome a habit or idea that rules over a habit.

We need deliverance from a strong idea that should not even be in our minds.

When Jesus says that if you think of having sex with some one who you should not think to have sex with that you have already committed adultery or fornication with that person he is making very clear to us that we do not have sex with our bodies but in our minds and that one way to be certain to commit adultery is to allow it to rule over your thoughts.

If you are having desires to have sex out side of Marriage you are thinking to do some thing that God does not want you to do. HE does not want you to do that because it will directly harm you. It will not directly harm him. Yet he had to ask his son to die for you because you desired to do that and could not keep yourself from doing it.

Why? Because that is the strongest human motivation "to have sex" and to enjoy that copulation experience not just the exciting climax pleasure of it but also the encompassing holding encouragement to one another parts of that experience. That is why Rabbi Paul teaches married souls to not deprive one another of the privileges of the marriage bed.

God knows that. Satan would like sex to be erotic in a sense where God is absent and in some way by doing it you are violating God. That is a lie form the pit of hell. It says in the body to cover your ( Lover, wife) with kisses all over their body.) Songs of Solomon.

God created your body. God saw Adam and Eve naked in the garden before the fall and declared it was good. God made Eve for Adam because he could not only converse with her but he could also learn and enjoy all the blessings of sex. That is truth.

Jesus saved us while we were wretched sinners who no doubt in many cases had defiled the Marriage bed. HE saved us and declares us Virgins. And seeks for us to now follow the way of a virgin. Let us follow that way. Not meaning a virgin who does not have sex but a virgin who has sex with only the one person God made for us to have sex with. Work hard to trust Jesus that he is your messiah and he saved you form your sinful ness and sinful actions. Recognize that each other person is either someone else's mate or a person who has reserved as a Eunuch for God. Then there is no option of sexual immorality.

It is well understood that AIDS was introduced to the Human race in the 50's or 60's because one human in Africa had sex with a sort of monkey and also with humans. The Bible says that someone who does that should be put to death. Not out of hate for that person but out of concern that they may pick up micro organisms that were never intended to be in Humans and pass them into the human race. That is exactly what happened because of some one who was sexually immoral. Billions of persons will die from that one act. They will die because we did not each restrict our sexual activity to one partner for life. The only way to make sure you and your descendents do not get AIDS through sexual transmission is to have sex with one virgin when you marry after you are married to that virgin and only with that person for your life. That is a true statement and on one can say it is not. It is true for males and females.

When the New Testament talks of sexually immoral persons it is speaking of those who do things that God said we should not do. Things having to do with sex and do not realize there is anything wrong with what they are doing and they want to promote that sort of behavior to others. It was often associated with sacrificing a Child to God (Satan) or a false god, which was in fact a demon (ungodly idea) to please that God so fertility would continue.

God does not want our human sacrifices, God wants His Messiah to be the only sacrifice that pleases Him. He wants us humans to trust Him to be (provide) our Messiah (the solver of the problems of humanity caused by humanities separation from God.) God does not want us to serve God. He wants us to let God serve us. He wants us to share that God given Love and service with each other.

The Sexually immoral are those who refuse to realize that sexual sin is sexual sin and who promote free and open sex and promote those things that allow those things or cause that to thrive.

If you are a believer in Jesus and you are tormented because you are doing some thing sexual you know is wrong or feel is wrong or that you just do not want to do, then you need the help and Godly love of other believers in order to be able to overcome that idea.

You need what is called deliverance and the bread of life.
It is not just having someone lay hands on you and pray a prayer of faith.

It is receiving the deliverance from GOD by grace and allowing it to overcome the desire and source of such desires within you. It may involve re-education in ideas of sex. It certainly involves removing you from the influences of immorality. There are many more of them today than there used to be. However it is not being removed from the influence that solves the problem it is having the problem solved so that the influences have no power over you.

That takes place in the mind. IN the Human heart and in the presence of God. You accomplish this by learning how to walk in the spirit. Really walking in the spirit of God rather that in the spirit of Human kind.

BE careful the human spirit will either try to convince you of the lie that you have overcome evil by some thing you did. Or the human spirit will cause you to think that in someway you have found a way to do something to please God. The only thing a human can do to please God is to believe that God loves them and that God has provided a Savior or messiah to solve the problems of their life all of their problems.
After we get saved and we start to prove our own righteousness to God then we make the salvation he gave us to have no effect. Either God saves you or you save yourself. God will not accept an in between.

He starts it and he finishes it. Walking in the spirit involves understanding this truth and walking in it. As you do that you shall find sins falling away in your life.
