I have a swimming pool in Arizona but the wind keeps blowing my bubble cover off. Is there a way to anchor it down with out totally submerging it or putting tons of items on top of it.

Thank you for your help.

Does it have grommets or can they be added? You can attach weights to ropes through grommets and let them hang over the outside.

Yes, you can take the plastic spring loaded clamps, and fasten them to the bubble cover, then take strings tied to them, and drape them over the side, on those ends, you can use plastic milk jugs, for the weight. You can fill the milk jugs to different levels, depending on the wind. I usually fill mine up about 3/4 of the way full.
