I guess they cannot cover everything in health ed. You can do a lot of research and reading on your own; the Internet is a great resource tool

This condition needs to be diagnosed by a professional.
Its been around much much longer. Often times it is genetic as well. SO check you medical history.
There are several very scary things in the world. This is just one of the mental conditions that is out there.
That is why we need to understand, accept and legislate for better mental health laws to help our whole nation. It is just a serious if not more so than Cancer. That can be cut out and most cases cured. Mental illness is not the same!

Because they have to spend so much time telling kids how to screw.
Basically that is what the health class is.
The best prevention for lung cancer is, don't smoke.
The best cure for being over weight is, don't over eat.
The best for being cold is, heat.
But. they don't give an opposite for sex. which would be abstinence. It was to be between a man and his wife.
But the public school health class (tell it like it is) teaches children how to have sex. Can't have the explanation from the bible though in our school. For that would be labeled adultery. and would make you feel guilty.
Just telling it like it is.

The study does not sound very reliable to me, some of the people with schziophrenia had parents in the teens.
Much more research needs to be done.
