No, some women just dont get regular periods, especially if you do a lot of sports. If you're concerned see a doctor. "we" should have a period every month.

i would DEFiNATELY seek a DR. i you should get your period every month. and my 1st prego didn't show up on home pregnancy test. i guess my body didn't produce the hormones that the test uses to read pregnancy. but there could be many reason to not get period. but i would definatley go see a dr and if you don't have med insurance go to planned parenthood

Are u on birthcontrol, more specifically the shot? I didn't have my the whole year I was on it. But if ur not on any sort of birthcontrol, and ur not menapausal, I would def visit a doctor. U should haave a period about every 28 days or so.

Are you on birth control? If so that'll probably explain it.

Forgive me, but are you old? You could have reached the stage in your late 40's early 50's where you just stop getting your period. Its called menopause

There might be. My gyn says more than three months means I should call her and discuss options for inducing one. Are you underweight? Doing marathons? On any medications? All these might factor in. You need to talk to your doctor. (Of course, if you're young it's normal to be very irregular at first...I presume you mean it used to be relatively normal.)
