The key. One easy piece to peace.

Letting go. That is it. Just let go.

Let go of your worries. You never had any control over those things anyways, and if you really did have control you wouldn't have worried about it.

Let go of your pride, guilt, shame, fear, and anger. These are accepted by a society that is still at war, still hungry, and still wanting.

To know who you actually are and what is your true purpose as a human being. Death and hopefully there is not life after death.
Meaning: there is no such a thing as peace of mind, day to day stress and challenges are part of human been. The goal is to manage them and live well.

The world can be in turmoil but a person can be at peace with himself. To attain internal equilibrium, focus on the needs of your soul.

Living in the "now" live this moment do what you can do. Don't concern yourself with tomorrow or yesterday or two minutes from now. Stop the worrying about things you have no control over. Just stop worrying period.
