socially - women (an angry woman can really turn words into a vicious weapon)

If by nasty you mean dirty...then I would have to say women, just because when I worked in retail and had to clean out the bathrooms at the end of the day...Lets just say I always put dibs in to clean the mens. Women seem to be less tidy if they are not dealing with their personal things.
But if by nasty you mean...eating things most people wouldnt (fear factor style) or doing things most people wouldnt normally do in public, I would have to say men.
Or I should just say both...depending on the person and the situation.

The females of any species are the nastiest, men only do what they gotta do to survive (and if they didn't need to do THAT to survive, there wouldn't be any procreation :P )

If you're talking about picking their nose and eating it I'd say kids.
If you're talking about pissing on the toilet seat I'd go for men.
