im a single parent as well.. so i can relate to what your going through.. my days are early and sometimes late.. my daughter is 5 and just started kindergarten..and then i work full time .. so its a long day for both of us..

we may not have the energy to play but our kids dont see that.. when they see we are home they are happy and think we have all the free time and energy in the world..

you dont want to take anything thats going to bring you energy and then bring you down 10 minutes later.. it only makes it worse..

i know being compeletly exhausted is rough enough, but you could try when you get home.. stretchin out.. letting out al the stress in the muscles and do some physical activity for 5-10 minutes.. get the blood pumping through your system.. its the best way i can think without having to put something in your system that you may have to take again in like 10 minutes.

I just attached a link to a website.. seems pretty informative.. even talks about getting more energy..

Definitely talk to your doctor... and in the meatime, try taking a vitamin B complex first thing in the morning... It helps me... I have a 2 1/2 year old and 8 month old.... hang in there!

If you talk to your Dr. about it, anti-deppressants may help.
