I fell down on Halloween day, it was very painful. I was washing
dishes and as I was walking away I slipped and fell. My left leg
was like a rag doll I landed on my left knee, then my leg kept on sliding, which I missed up my left ankle. As my leg was sliding
it swung in the air tossing me back, making me loose my breath
trying to shout out my daughters name, which I was so lucky
because the little breath that I had in me she was able to hear me. She came into the kitchen to see what had happen. I wanted
to laugh, but from the fall I lost my breath and my daughter didn't
know if she should laugh. She is only 9 years old trying to help
a 47 year old mom get up from the floor. I was soar for a 3 weeks. I'm just getting old.

Last summer, when I crashed on my bike. I was going down a hill, probably a little too fast, and I must have hit something. All of a sudden I was down and sliding. Good thing I was wearing a helmet - I cracked the shell of it, but I wonder what would have happened to my head if the helmet weren't there.

Sorry to hear that! That sucks! i hope you are alright..I once fell when I was 9 months pregnant with twins. I was walking to my car and tripped on god knows what (probably my own feet) I fell forward and caught myself with my forearms and knees..then rooled over like a whale. I layed there crying because I thought I may have hurt one of the babies. My older boys came over and picked me up. I felt so stupid.

This past Saturday. We went to Turkey Run State Park in Indiana. I slipped and slid down a wet slope, hitting my hip on a huge rock as I went down. I have had worse falls, but you should see the imprint in the bruise it left.
